Pick up and drop off.
The process was easy. The price was reasonable. The staff were friendly.
The drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I only choose to stay at the Parking Spot East because it's also easier to get on the highway and out of the hustle of the airport that way!!

The timeliness of the shuttles picking us up at the parking lot and the airport is better than we’ve experienced with any other off-site parking service in 15 years.

Drivers were wonderful. Location was great. Easy to find. We felt the lot was safe and secured. Will definitely use again.
From beginning to end the experience yet again was seamless. We pulled in we parked and there was a shuttle ready to take us to the airport. Upon getting off a flight and getting our luggage we walked outside and there was a shuttle ready to take us back. Our experience could not have been any better!

Close to the airport and personalized service directly to my car.
Easy process to follow.
I park here at least twice a month due to my travels for work and I enjoy the ease of using this lot! Upon entry you're met by attendant to tell you what row to park in and when you get to that row the bus is already there waiting for you. The drivers are always nice and give you a stub to remember where you parked as they don't waste any time getting you to the airport! When you return home they're sitting right where they dropped you off waiting for you to board. They also run specials and discounts monthly to make it even more convenient to park here. Thanks for everything you do!
