Just completed my first use of The Parking Spot - Columbus and was very pleased with the whole experience. The major reason I tried them was to get a dedicated, guaranteed parking spot with all the chaos and parking uncertainty created by the current airport construction. I downloaded the app (but you don't have to) which gave me access to additional information and the ability to update my reservation as I traveled. Entering and exiting the parking location was simple--show the QR code generated when you reserve your spot online or in the app. Follow the signs to covered or uncovered parking, unload your luggage, lock your car and take your key. A shuttle will pick you up immediately and drop you at the airport check-in level (works in reverse from baggage claim-cross two lanes to the shuttle parking when you land). The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and helpful! Was able to get use a coupon and the price was equivalent to other airport parking (discounts are usually available). HIghly recommend!!

Convenience, reasonable price, speed

I like that you are very organized. When we arrive at the parking facility we are directed, via signs, where to park. A shuttle is usually right there waiting, or arrives in no time. The shuttle drivers are always friendly and usually offer to help with the luggage. I like that you have shuttles arriving frequently at the airport when we return, so there is very little wait. I like that the check-in and check-out process is as easy as it can be, using the QR code to enter and exit. I also appreciate the cold waters made available as you leave. Keep up the great job!
