Drivers are always courteous, area and vans are neat and clean. Area in general feels safe. The last few times I arrived back in PHX there was a van already waiting at the curb when I stepped out the doors of the airport. Even late at night. Very convenient. Drivers are driving safely and responsibly, with one notable exception on 3/25 where I and my fellow passengers felt like the guy was driving excessively fast. An older lady had trouble staying seated in her seat because of the hard breaking and acceleration, and hitting potholes at high speed.
We love the parking spot. The employees are so friendly and we love how the van picks us up right at our car and then returns us right to our car!!!!

The shuttles usually don't take too long, parking is easy to find and have never any issues with my car when I left it for a few days.
The lot was conveniently located near the airport, and shuttle service to- and from- the terminal was prompt and easy to locate. Our drivers were both courteous and very helpful with transferring our baggage between the shuttle and our personal vehicle.
