Very convenient

Wait time for shuttle service to and from airport is minimal. Drivers were helpful and friendly.

Quick and convenient
Although I do not like where I have to walk to in order to pick you the shuttle upon arrival

We did not wait long at the airport. Friendly helpful driver. Paying on the app is simple

Easy parking, but did not know how to exit. Went to one kiosk but it wouldn't open. Tried a second before I could exit. The first also said "exit" but would not let me out.

Convenient, easy, and the drivers have always been so helpful !

Very amenable to changes in my itinerary. My flight was cancelled and I could not come get my car until hours later. Staff was very accomodating

Convenient and safe, near the airport, with frequent shuttle service

Good location, friendly staff, prompt service, good value.

Convenient and all employees are professional. Good value service.

My wife is disabled and they always go above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. Everyone there is great.

Easy to park and you have a private shuttle straight to your terminal. I was picked up immediately after parking. The app is super easy to use. Be sure to keep the card that the shuttle driver gives you when you’re picked up because you’ll give that to the return shuttle driver to take you back to your vehicle. Great experience

Convenience and price

Highly efficient

I had an excellent experience with the parking spot. It was easy to find, well‑marked, and felt safe and clean. The area is quiet, the lighting is solid at night, and getting in and out was completely hassle‑free. The space itself is roomy enough for larger vehicles, and the location is super convenient for the Cleveland airport.

You took us from point a to point b and back. Helped us with our luggage, and also helped us check in to the gate for parking spot. Great service.
