I like that someone is always at the exit in case the app doesn't work. Also lets you know what lane to park in so the shuttle is right there. I also like the QR code where you can tip, if you forgot cash!

It’s very user friendly. We parked at the lot and the van was right there to take us to the airport. On the return flight that arrived into Bradley Airport late, it took two vans to fit everyone but we didn’t need to wait too long.

First driver very helpful with putting luggage on and off shuttle 🙂 and did it for everyone- young or old.
2nd driver made everyone put their own luggage on and off 🙁😡 . And most were older passengers. And he was the younger of the 2 drivers.

We like that there is always a shuttle near by to pick us up. We’ve never had to wait very long for a pick up at the airport or at the parking Spot.
