Located close to the airport, rotations of the shuttles are about every 15 minutes. Drivers pick you up at your vehicle. Property is covered (unlike the airport). You are dropped off curbside at the airport and rates are competitive. The difference between parking on airport property and walking to the entrance versus parking at the parking spot and being dropped off is about a 20 minute difference. While the parking spot offers those plusses, i continue to use the parking spot because of the staff. courteous, polite, helpful. if the experience was not good, the value adds would not be worth it for me. I would find another vendor or just park at the airport. its the people that make the difference for me.
