Love using the parking spot! It’s so convenient and the drivers are always so nice and helpful.

Value and convenience

It is so easy to park and ride on the shuttle to the airport. Always on time, with a smooth ride and really helpful drivers!

Didn't have a problem with the parking. I went to the wrong one. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Everything is good…
For some reason I always have trouble checking out. The reader doesn’t read my phone. The person who helped me check out this last time says it happens with Jeeps often.
Not a big deal…

It was super convenient and quick! Your shuttles always come fast and the drivers are nice.

I used The Parking Spot for the first time and it was awesome. Super easy to get to off the freeway.and easy to navigate once inside. As soon as I parked the shuttle was right there to pick me up. The driver was very pleasant and helped me with my bag. When I returned I tried to get in the wrong shuttle and the driver helped me get in the right one. Again, easy drop off. The driver carried my bag to my car. 10/10 Resonibly priced, easy to use ans friendly helpful drivers. Oh and cold water at check out. A very nice feature after getting into a hot car.

The service is super convenient for me, when I’m traveling for long periods for work.

Our shuttle picked us up promptly and the driver jumped out to get the luggage. We arrived at our vehicle quickly and were very satisfied with the service provided.

The shuttle coming to your car is so nice and easy to get on and off at the airport. Will definitely be parking there again.

Parking lot was clean. Spaces were well marked.
The shuttle drivers were on the spot there - no waiting!

Dependable, safe and friendly drivers, little to no wait time.

It's all about convenience. I have used The Parking Spot for years, and I like knowing where my car is when I return from a trip, even if my flight has been delayed. I don't have to worry about inconveniencing friends or family.

I live in the southernmost part of Overland Park, about as far from MCI as you can get in the Kansas City area. Having a friend meet my plane is a "big ask," and using a cab or Uber is expensive. With The Parking Spot service, I can be at my car and on my way home in about 15 minutes.

The Parking Spot offers discounts (membership, prepayment, AAA membership, frequent user, etc.) that make the cost manageable.

The van pulled up even as we were unloading and got us straight to the terminal; and when we got home we didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes for a ride back. Couldn't have gone better.

My only complaint is that, after exiting baggage claim we had to walk a long way to a crosswalk, cross a long way, then walk a long way to the van - but I'm not going to ding you for that because that's not anything you can control.

Car came back in the expected condition and charged as expected with the provided discount. Did have to wait for my car when I got brought to the location with the shuttle. This is the first time that happened to us.
