I’ve used The Parking Spot North covered parking for several trips now. I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes for the spotted bus to pick me up when I arrive and my car has been safe and sound. Easy in/out. Very pleased.

Parking was easy and the shuttle was waiting for us before we had even unloaded the car! We waited less than 10 minutes to be picked up from the airport. The drivers were also very friendly and helpful, even at 4AM! Highly recommend.

Super easy to access, there's always someone there to direct you to the parking spot you need to go, and the shuttle gets there after you park. Samething at the airport, I never have to call them, there's always a shuttle passing by to pickup or drop off people.

The best part of this service is the efficiency to and from the airport. No worries about leaving my vehicle at the Parking Spot, the drivers are courteous and the fees are very reasonable.

I like being able to park my car in a safe secure lot and have someone drive me to my terminal and pick me up on my return trip. It takes a lot of the stress of trying to navigate to, thru and from IAH.

Also the staff and drivers are very friendly. and the drivers are very helpful with luggage.

I've used USAirport parking for 20 years, so the West site is familiar. The construction going on however is confusing, I guess it will be 100% covered, with associated fee increases. The shuttles come frequently (less so with South). South is pretty convenient but need to increase time for shuttle both ways. All is all, parking is parking. I'm not pro nor con on it. And since it is only when I need to fly out somewhere, I don't need ads for discounts that I can't use!

I already sent a note of appreciation to your corporate office, but I will reiterate: Last Monday, I arrived at BDL (Hartford) at around midnight. I was dropped off at my car in the self-park lot, and discovered my car was dead. I called AAA, but one of the shuttle drivers (Nhim) came around and I told him the situation. He said maybe he could help. He left and came back with a battery jumper, but it didn't start the battery. He called a fellow shuttle driver (Alberto) who came around with heavy-duty jumper cables, and the car started right up. He watched me to make sure the car was driveable and noticed that a tire needed air. He told me to follow him to the air pumps, where he filled up two of my tires and checked the rest. I tried to give him a tip but he kept refusing. Needless to say, the kindness and concern of your shuttle drivers at BDL helped immensely to make a disconcerting and potentially scary situation much, much better. I've been a longtime customer of The Parking Spot and you can be sure I will continue to be...and will tell people I know what a good service you provide. I hope Nhim and Alberto will get the recognition they deserve. Thanks so much. --Name removed

Direction from a real human at entry to the area for parking was most appreciated since we had been in a one hour fifteen minute delay for a fatal crash clean up on. the Turnpike and were running late. Delivery to the airport gate was prompt. In the hassle to make our flight I misplaced the card with the parking space marked on it, but when I described where we parked, your driver, Oliver, took us directly to the spot with out delay. Great service!
