Short wait times for a shuttle in the lot and at the airport
Shuttle driver Jean and the attendant that checked me out are a big reason to return! They made the shuttle and parking experience so great! I would return just to see their smiling faces and amazing attitudes.

Is simple and very easy when you arrive the staff is right there to help you with luggage and and put you in the shuttle, same as when you return.
Keyon and the team were very kind to me there was trouble with my flight and they did their best to make a stressful travel day a bit less stressful. So thankful for the team. My only complaint is the signage for parking is not very clear once you enter (especially at night!!) Not Keyon’s fault but something to look into

From the minute you arrive at the Parking Spot everything thing runs smooth and effortless. You are out of your car, into the shuttle and on your merry way. You are greeted by smiling faces and a cold bottle of water upon your exit.

Convenience of the shuttle. My wait times for a shuttle were at max 2 minutes! Location was easy to find. I prefer parking in lots over garages.

Very Easy Access & Quick pickup
Decent cost , friendly drivers. If I could suggest something MCI (Kansas City) when you go to be pick ed up to be taken to your car , you don’t know where to stand. On our last trip we were second from the front of the line and the driver stopped at the rear of the line , so the people in the back of the line loaded and we had to wait. When the next shuttle showed up people we waiving here to get the driver pull up to the front of the line. I don’t know if it’s an airport issue or a parking spot issue or both. But it needs to be addressed , how about a sign saying load here for parking spot.

Went smoothly and right on time. No delays.
It is so easy to make reservations, to check in, and the shuttle picks you up very quickly. The return process is so easy as you are given a ticket with your parking space number and they take you right to your car. Some drivers are more helpful than others in getting your luggage on and off the shuttle but this isn't a major issue for me.
Helpful staff and we had a few issues and they made this part of the trip great
