Easy, reliable, fast turnarounds from lot to airport and back, friendly staff. Takes away the stress of airport parking. One of your staff members went out of his way to run us BACK to our car in the lot because my husband had left his phone in the car. The driver made every effort to reunite us with our phone (we weren’t positive at first that it was left in the car), and he got us back to the airport in time. We will always use the Parkig Spot.

So easy to park in the covered parking. Bus picks me up and the driver takes my bags from my car to the bus, then delivers me to the terminal.
When I get back I catch the bus, back to the car and they drop me and place my bags right back in my car. Takes all the hastle out of driving myself to the airport and parking.
And the drivers are all so nice and helpful.

From the time I entered the parking lot until the time I returned from my trip and left the parking lot, I was impressed.
When I pulled in, a gentleman directed me to the uncovered parking, he was very polite & professional. The shuttle driver to the airport, Augusto, was patient and helpful (I had hurt my leg and was limping) in assisting me on & off the shuttle. Chauncey G was the shuttle driver when I returned. He actually put the luggage in my trunk as well as for another couple. Again, both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and had a willingness to assist. The ability to get a cold bottle of water before pulling out of the parking lot-I didn't realize how thirsty I was.

24 hour service appreciated. staff and shuttle drivers are very helpful. Parking areas explained on checkin. Prompt shuttle servide for at- vehicle pick up. shuttle serive going out was not at our vehicle to help us unload ( we are old and lifting luggage is difficult. On airport pick-up to come home, shuttle driver needed be asked if she could help us with our luggage. on drop-off at our vehicle, she immmediately left as she had a vehicle full of passengers. That was ok, but we do appreciate when a driver is able to help us load our luggage.
