We arrived at PS2 around midnight on 11 May. Our hybrid car battery had discharged and we couldn't get into the vehicle to reset the battery. The late-night staff helped us get a service truck in to open the door and get us on our way. Took a few hours. We appreciate help from the staff.

Friendly and helpful drivers

Very helpful and courteous staff. Our car had no gas after we had been gone three weeks (husband was in such a hurry to get on the bus when he first arrived that he had forgotten to turn car off). Staff solved the issue by going to the nearest gas station and purchasing gas for us. They were very kind.

I have used the Parking Spot for years and never had a bad experience until recently. One of the drivers was extremely rude to my family. They left without explanation while we were unloading our car and it was raining. Then when they came back the driver stated “ are you ready now?” Causing us to rush and he barely helped with bags- my dad has a cane and loading our bags was hard for him. Rushing us made me forget to close my hatchback and when the driver closed it he acted like I should have been more thankful when it was his actions that caused me to forget in the first place. I did call and make a complaint but due time time changes wasn’t able to respond to the call. The person on the phone was very apologetic and I will continue to use the parking spot especially based on their response.

Very friendly and offering help with bags. I love to give them large tips.
This is true no matter time of day. Picking us up after a trans oceanic flight at 4:00am or during rush hour, service is excellent and friendly. Most are very familiar with our parking spots and find them promptly. And then help with our luggage. The on line signup for reservations is convenient and user friendly. Occasionally the electronic reader at exit failed to work. Either the driver or clerk at exit has solved the issues.
