I appreciate your closeness to the airport and friendly drivers. Most of the time, we don't have to wait long for a bus, since you have a lot of buses running back and forth.
The one thing I would change, if possible, is having designated waiting areas for each bus. I understand this may be difficult in the Terminal 2 airport shuttle area. For example, at Disney World, there are designated areas where passengers can line up while waiting for a bus. At Terminal 2, people tend to wait in different locations. As a result, someone who missed the previous shuttle and has been waiting the longest could end up missing the next one as well if another passenger arrives and goes directly to the bus.

Like the covered parking. The transition to Airport and pickup back try to the garage was a smooth transition. Drivers were courteous. Love the App for checking in and out of the garage and knew when a Shuttle was arriving at the Airport.
