We love this company, but our carpets did not appear as clean as previous visits.

I paid additional for a carpet vacuum and there was debris on the floor after shampooing. I paid additional for pet odor removal as well. There are so many spots left on the floor it’s ridiculous! Super unsatisfactory job.

Unfortunately, the trip charge to Garden Valley is not a negotiable item- the drive is expensive for us to make; wear and tear on the vehicle, lost opportunity (we don't make money while driving, and while money isn't everything, it does make paying the bills possible) and fuel costs for driving. The insurance costs go up as well- the more time we spend driving the more likely it is we will have a breakdown or an accident. I appreciate the circumstance of being on Social Security and a fixed income. We offer the ability for you to find a neighbor in the immediate vicinity that you can share the trip fee cost. That is, unfortunately, the only way we can lower your trip fee for long distance hauls.
