Please be sure to treat and pay the technician I had this week very well. I have used Zerorez for many years for my business. This is the 2nd time this tech has come out, and he once again did the best job. He works hard, listens, and is personable. That is a hard combination to find in a service industry worker.
Your product is excellent and the people who provide it seem to do a really good job. I also appreciate the concern you show about not damaging my floors, by insisting that your employees wear paper shoe coverings. I wish you showed the sane concern and respect for my health.

Greg was early to clean out carpets so it was nice that he called ahead of the scheduled time. Our carpets looked so nice and clean and smelled refreshed!!
Justin and Carter were great!! They arrived on time, went right to work and finished when they said they would. This is the third time I have used Zerorez and will definitely use again. I had been neglectful in keeping my carpets cleaned on a regular basis. I plan to do so going forward.

I have used Zerorez for several years for my home and RV. They are prompt, not difficult to get an appointment with, and friendly. This time I had a bad spill that had to be dealt with and it came out very well. This time I had my sofa cleaned and it looks very good. I will call them again

I live in a condo on the 10th floor. You didn’t tell me until the day you arrived there was an additional $100 fee. I indicated to your person on the phone I live in a condo on the 10 floor and she never mentioned a $100 fee.

We have a large area rug that is on hardwood floors and we did not know ahead of time that the rug could not be cleaned on the hardwood. It is too large for me to move outside by myself and too large for the tech to take with him, so the rug did not get cleaned. This was one of the main reasons we had you come as this rug needed to be cleaned. Also, we do not feel as though the carpet looks cleaner after spending half a day at home and quite a bit of money on the cleaning. We especially feel the high traffic areas (i.e. entrances into rooms) do not look any cleaner.
Always have liked Zerorez and how clean they leave the house. Wes did a great job at my son's apartment which had a very heavy traffic pattern in hallway/ entry area. Cleaned up nice.
The rep was very nice. The duct clean was not the best. The company needs to send out the proper equipment to do a fair job. The was only one attachment that was used to vacuum all the different size ducts. That did not do a good job. I could not recommend the duct cleaning.
Was very happy with the results of my carpet cleaning. The price was fair and the technician arrived within the time frame I was quoted. He was professional, pleasant and did a great job.
