Zerorez is the only only carpet cleaning company we use.

Our cream colored couch just didn't get as brighly clean as we would have liked. We looked that there was no residue or smell... Bit wondering if it would have gotten cleaner with some soap!

I only use Zero Rez for carpet & upholstery cleaning because I like their method of cleaning. My carpets come out clean & dry within a few hours. The service is very professional & take pride in their work.

Some spots that were an issue were still very prominent. I have had zero rez services before and it was an excellent carpet cleaning. But when I came home and saw the worst area of the carpet I was a little disappointed I was also able to lift the stain my self after further inspection, which I felt that if he gave the area a bit more attention it would have been suitable. I was offered a second visit after the carpet was dried but of course at an additional cost of $150 per hr. No thanks
For the amount that was paid and for the service the first time was great so I expected the same results. But I will say I myself was not at home to view and consult with the technician, I had to just take his word and I assumed it wasn't very visible.

I lost be how good the carpets look
I love that there was no detergent smell or residue left on my carpet.
We used zero Rez last year and were so impressed that we recommended the company over and over again to all of our friends and family. It has been almost exactly a year since you had come out and we were definitely due for another cleaning. Other than a bedroom that had some more major problem areas, the rest of the rooms in our upstairs were average wear and tear. Including a foot traffic area where we regularly rock our son to sleep, a speckled area of liquid foundation, and a pet accident spot in our hallway. We had you out yesterday and none of these stains were removed. I am beyond unsatisfied with the job that was done. There is at minimum one very visible stain left in all four bedrooms, that are VERY similar to what came right out of the carpet last year when you came out. I don’t know if it’s something to do with the equipment or the technician, but we are beyond unhappy and dissatisfied.
I like the process Zerorez uses on my carpets. They look like new. The employees are professional and polite. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets and furnace ducts took the time to answered all my questions.
