No chemicals!
Kyle was very helpful and spent a lot of time. We had everything put on our carpet as our dog had a field day while we were gone. I am hoping that the enzyme product does the trick and there will be no more accidents.

Was given a quote of $65 for cleaning living room and hallway. When technician arrived I was notified quote was wrong and total for work would be $160 instead. Should of offered a discount for your mistake but didn't. Couldn't waste my morning so just got it done instead. Little disappointed.

It cost more than I thought it was going to. The person broke the leg off my couch. I told him it was cracked but the leg he broke was not the cracked one. He did not offer to fix it.

The only thing that I could complain about is that my credit card was charged twice. I think your service technicians need card readers to prevent this sort of problem from occurring. Other than that I am satisfied.
My carpet always looks brand new after the cleaning. And the techs are so professional and personable. It's nice to have the professionalism & perfectionalism each time.
I had pet odor areas which I paid extra top treat but our didn't work. Costly.

I felt that the carpet was left very wet very wet was left wondering how wet my pad was was and my family room carpet did not seem as clean as when I use other carpet cleaners just want pleased with it my carpet was just too wet
