Happy with my service thank you
I like the pre treatment that was put on, smells fresh and citrusy. Logan that did the carpet was very nice and professional. Explained what all he was putting on, how non toxic the products are that they use. Walked through the house first to make sure he got all the areas I wanted.
I would use them again, my carpet feels amazing with bare feet and my carpet is 15 years old, they really brought it to life.
The carpet was being cleaned due to a water leakage. I was expecting the water to be extracted as requested. The carpet was left with a large amount of water still in place.
I had to extract the additional water and place fans on carpet for 48 hours to dry.
Zerorez cleaned our tile spotless!!! They are professional and affordable.
A nice young man came to clean my carpets. Mt sons dog had made spots, so some chemical treatments were needed. After 5 hours of cleaning he finished. Next morning giant brown stains on the carpet. He returned and tried to clean the big stains. He left and as it dried, we still have big stains.
I cannot have him return tomorrow as I have guests
Which is why I called to have carpet cleaned.
The technician was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and the job was done efficiently. Our carpets were mostly dry by evening time. And last, but not least, we had our whole 4000 sq ft house carpets cleaned for under $400. Ask for the special!
Joshua is absolutely wonderful. He worked so hard to get the chocolate smoothie out of our carpet. He was so patient while training Ash. We're so grateful to him.

Our appointment was from 11-2. Although he did communicate with me, our carpets didn't get cleaned until about 3:30. In addition, there are still dark spots on the carpet, almost as if we didn't get them cleaned.
Your employees are polite and ready to explain what needs to be done and why without being "pushy." They are careful and thorough. The strong fans help carpets dry more quickly.

Technician friendly, communicated confidence in knowing what he was doing. Respectful, informed me of how is day was going and that he would be later than anticipated.
We signed up for an 800 dollar apartment cleaning, urine was activated in the carpet, so it ended up costing 3K, many extra hours, and the odor was still pungent. What could you do to make it right at this point? We moved out shortly thereafter and the carpet probably had to be replaced.

The customer service and our tech Victor was AMAZING. He helped me understand why I wasn't able to fully remove some. orders and after investing some initial yikes cash I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER He spent 2 hours on a 400 square foot area and that was tackling the spots. For the first time in a couple of years I can walk through my house Happy!
Kudos to Victor on spending time educating me, gaining trust and then the results were fantastic.
