Great Service.
Purchased some off white couches on FB marketplace and hired Zerorez to clean them. They were very responsive and customer service was excellent. When the stains didn’t come out the first time, the owner himself came and cleaned the couches. He made the couches literally look brand new. I was blown away by the results and his concern to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I’ve used soft & safe & zero chem in the past and they were okay but Zerorez gave unbeatable results.
No residue in nontoxic.

Setting up the appointment was super easy. Next the communication from the service tech that came to my house was outstanding. He called to ask if he could come a little earlier than my scheduled time and gave a very accurate approximation on his arrival time. His in person communication was excellent and he did a super job cleaning our carpets. Overall it was a very good experience.

Jacob and Ash did a great job on my carpet. Jacob was very professional and very polite. He explained thoroughly the cleaning process, drying time, and to vacuum after my carpet is dry. Will definitely request for him to clean my carpet again.
There was a noticeable smell when they were done, and still is. A deodorizer of some sort should have been used or recommended.

The technician was extremely personable, the quality of service, carpets turned out amazing.
Our carpet is only 6 years old. We have no pets and it is just the two of us. We do not wear our street shoes in the house. The carpet didn't look any different after the cleaning than before we had it cleaned. The last time we got the carpet cleaned we used Zerorez and they left the fans on the carpet until the following day then came back to get them. We were disappointed they didn't do it this time. The technician wasn't very professional. He was scheduled for 8:30 and called us at 8:34 and said he needed to stop for coffee and would get there by 9:00 to 9:15 at the latest. He was friendly and did wear his booties but he was so into his podcast he was listening to he was laughing out loud. It just didn't appear he had his mind on his job. We've already decided the next time we need our carpets cleaned we are going to get all wood floors instead. We just feel like it was a waste of money because it doesn't look any better than before.

I was very thankful to the gentleman who did my carpets. He was thoughtful and hardworking and he really worked to get some pet odor out of the carpet. My carpet looks like new and the musky smell in my house is gone! I am so thankful!

The Worst Carpet Cleaning Experience Ever
I had the most frustrating experience with Zerorez that I can recall. My carpets remained wet for an astonishing 48 hours, which is completely unacceptable. The technician admitted to having mechanical issues with his equipment and should have stopped the job immediately, but he didn’t. As a result, he left noticeable damage: scuffs on my walls that required repainting and grease on my floor and dining bench due to faulty equipment.
When I tried to resolve the issue with Zerorez, I was met with poor customer service. They only communicate via text and suggested that I use fans and wait for another technician to come out. This suggestion is ridiculous and did nothing to alleviate the disruption caused in my home.
Years ago, Zerorez lived up to its name, with carpets drying in just a couple of hours without the need for additional vacuuming. Sadly, this experience was the complete opposite. I am deeply dissatisfied and strongly advise everyone to avoid Zerorez. The stress and inconvenience caused were unbearable, and I hope no one else has to endure such a dreadful service.
