The service man was helpful and efficient. He got to work and did a great job. Also he explained everything he was doing.
I've bragged about this company before; and will do it again. This time I had home carpeting, two beds/mattresses *(these gain several pounds of weight over a just a few years from human hair, shed skin cells, body oils, shampoos, creams, deodorants, all types of body fluids, dust, mites, pollens from the air, etc.) and my car's carpeting and floor mats, all thoroughly cleaned by Zerorez. Not only did their tech do a FANTASTIC job; but their cost was reasonable. The tech worked so hard, and was absolutely committed to QUALITY and not worried about the time it took him. This company truly CARES about your satisfaction. They take extra measures to protect your wall corners while cleaning your carpets; and are superb at answering your questions about their empowered water system and how it cleans and extracts toxins, pollens, dirt, etc. better than any other type of cleaning system available. In addition, they always accommodate the time of day I request my cleaning to be done. Your carpets and upholstery will look brand new when they're done cleaning them (unless your items are too old to look new.)
Zerorez is professional from start to finish. Scheduling is easy with the office. The techs are outstanding and the home is left clean as expected.

Our technician showed up early! This was great for us. The carpets were cleaned very well and were pretty dry within 5 or 6 hours. We followed his instructions and vacuumed them when dry (the next day) and they look new! Very happy with the service!

We've been a Zerorez customer for some years now. We appreciate the environmentally clean approach to shampooing our carpets and area rug. The technicians are always friendly and respectful of our property and furniture. We have everything ready for them to just clean the carpets and rug, and they in turn waste no time in getting everything hooked up and work commenced. We like the fact the hoses and power sources are in their van, and we appreciate the fans they use to dry the carpets. In the rare occasion we've asked them to get more water out of a corner or in front of a wall, they've been very cooperative and helpful. - Mark O.
Great service and results!
I don’t know if a good job was done or not. Felt like they guys were rushed because there day was not going as planned. Showed up in the window time, but were done a lot quicker then normal.
I do find it odd, now, I get told I need to vacuum because more dirt will come out as it dries. I was never told that the first few years and all of a sudden I am. I feel like it’s the built in excuse, your carpets are still dirty don’t call zerorez to tell us that.
I was a bit disappointed to see my invoice for one extra room charge. If the technicians only clean 3 rooms then have some integrity and say that. Don’t just charge the customer.
No sticky residue
Your tech did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. While the pet odor from the accident on the carpets didn’t come out completely on the initial visit, Zerorez was quick to re-schedule and re-worked the pet stain. Great customer service!
