Tech left some spots of what looks like dirty water on the carpet around the back door. It’s pretty obvious now that it’s all dried.
the cost nearly doubled during the process
Cody was friendly and explained how the carpets would be cleaned. It took a while as we had quite a few puppy pee stains that needed to be taken care of. It was an hour before they started cleaning. No pressure from Cody to upgrade the pet product or get the stain protection. I was glad to hear he uses his own company's product on his carpets at home. Thank Cody. We'll be calling you guys next time. The carpet dried super fast and no soapy residue!
Professional, wore buries, put protections on my corners to protect my paint. They did a great job cleaning my tub/shower en closure!

The service was done well. My couches are very nicely cleaned which is great. The technician spilled some fluid on my rug and now the rug is really yellowed… not super thrilled about that. The service ended up taking much longer then expected - another technician showed up on my back porch and started talking to the technician that was currently working at my house. They were talking about my couches and how big they were and how they needed to charge more money. The technician that showed up never introduced himself - he just walked into my back yard. They were also talking about my stuff and how hard the job was right in front of us .. even my six year old and eight year old kids were not impressed. It seemed pretty unprofessional. The technician “Ash” was a very nice kid and worked really hard and he did a great job overall but I was unimpressed by the other thing and that would definitely affect my willingness to use you again.

Logan was a great service technician and was able to get out all the stains. He wasn’t pushy when recommending additional services. The carpets look and smell great and were completely dry by early evening.
We are so happy with our carpets. They turned out so good. Even some stubborn stains came out.
I really like the tech who came out. He was helpful, careful, and I felt like I could trust him. This is my first time using the service and it has been less than 24 hours since it was completed, but so far we are happy. Our carpets are old and we knew there would be some things that would not come up, but overall we are happy. Time will tell in the next week how well this works. So far we would use them again.

Our technician was prompt and detail-focused. Protectors were placed over floor trim corners and all our rooms were thoroughly cleaned, including a Kingsize fabric headboard. Our nine year old carpet looks new again and, as I’m writing this several days out from the cleaning, both my husband and I remain thrilled with the results. We plan to have Zerorez Boise back on a regular and permanent basis.
Our service rep, Seth, was on time and very friendly. He worked efficiently and gave us some tips on what to do in replacing our furniture. The process for scheduling through payment all went very seamlessly.
