This is the third time I’ve used Zerorez and it was wonderful again. The technician was friendly , conversive, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Our carpets look and smell fabulous!! I will continue to use and recommend Zerorez again!
The technician, Dylan H was in a bad mood the second he showed up to my house. We had everything clean and off the floors and ready 2 hours before our scheduled appointment to help him out since his 8:30 appointment canceled. He was unprofessional and seemed like a miserable person. Horrible customer service. He tried to upsell every little stain in the carpet and let my husband know most things wouldn’t come out of the carpet. Our carpet is in good shape and is only a few years old. We only cleaned it to sell our house. We have used Zero Rez before in Utah and had a great experience. We will never use your company again. Very disappointing. I am not one to leave a bad review ever, but this was a horrible experience.
Josh did a great job and carpets are very clean
The Zerorez folks came directly to my home and got right to work - on the spot! They assess the item I had to be clean, created an estimate along with an explanation of what they could/could not do (given the age and materials). Then they cleaned it!
Mike and Ben (the service techs) were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a good job and the items looks great. I'd certainly recommend them and the Zerorez service to others.

You use no soap or chemicals on the carpet.
Very different time than expected. Tech did let me know he was running behind. Very slow getting going, but seemed to do a good job cleaning. Used a guard to protect my door, however I had about 10 chips of pain to fix. He looked at it and said sometimes the guards just don't work!
Thorough cleaning by service techs. Would highly recommend.
Service was great. Carpets feel so clean and look clean. Cleaned our carpets, ceramic tile in kitchen, furniture, and a king size mattress. I am.so pleased with the end result!! Technician was so respectful.

Cleans well and excellent customer service
The product is great! I have an old off white carpet and I’m always so please how well it turns out. But just as important, your scheduler and technicians are fabulous. The person who cleaned my carpet this time was the best! He was willing to listen to my area of concerns and explained how he would handle the problem areas.
Thorough cleaning, much better than the last cleaners I had clean carpets. Def asking zerorez to come back to do more and on regular basis.
Any deals for multiple rooms?
I like the concept of cleaning with water instead of harsh chemicals. Zerorez has always done a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, and my cloth kitchen chairs.
Technician was nice and efficient. Only thing I'm not sold on is that the carpets seem crunchy.
The environmental safe product used, your excellent technicians . My old, tired rugs look almost new after Zerorez has been here
