Carpet did not come out looking very good. Tile and grout don't look any cleaner. Apparently it is beyond your ability to clean. I don't know that I would have spent the money if I had known what the results would be.

My couch was destroyed by a roommate who had a dog and two cats pee and poo on my couch! It's a brand new couch and I thought I'd have to throw it out. The guys at Zerorez used their cleaner specific to pet stains and my couch is like brand new again! Yay!

The service was outstanding! The technician was courteous and on time. He worked very hard and did a great job. He removed stains previously thought to be permanent.

We have area rugs in the hallways--outside the three bedrooms which are being cleaned. The gentleman did a good job with the cleaning but left a pretty wet spot--about 6-8" in diameter--on the area rug outside the master bedroom. I discovered it after he left and am not sure how this happened but placing something underneath the equipment he uses would prevent this in the future.

Were were quoted 147-207 for 3 rooms of cleaning and pet treatment. When the technician arrived and started quoting he was up to over $600 to do small parts of 2 of the rooms. At that point I stopped him and just told him I wanted 1 small area done in one of the rooms and agreed to pay the $265 he quoted for that part. He then went upstairs and started doing the cleaning. A few minutes later he came downstairs and started arguing with me over what we were told. Never got to the point of yelling at me, but defiantly raised his voice and was out of line. I had already agreed to pay his quoted price for the area he was cleaning. There was no reason for him to come back downstairs. The person who quoted us said it started at 65 and could go up to over 1000 and then asked for the areas we needed cleaned. My wife Described areas of 3 rooms. The person came back and said it would be between 147-207 for 3 rooms but the technician would quote the final price. We understood that, but the price the technician was quoting was ridiculous compared to what we were originally quoted.

HONESTY!!!!❤️❤️ I wanted my carpets cleaned after a year of having a puppy that had several accidents on our new carpet. The gentleman was completely honest and upfront with me about what would and wouldn’t be removed without using the special treatment required to remove the pet stains. He cleaned our carpets and removed all stains and went the EXTRA MILE which I GREATLY appreciated! FANTASTIC SERVICE, they took their time and did a FABULOUS JOB!
