I never give the highest score to anyone! You were good about scheduling, arriving on time, came in the time frame, and respective of my home. And you were good about returning when I was not happy with the first cleaning and it looks much better after the second cleaning. This was the dirtiest carpet. And really the only room I truly wanted clean so I probably should have gotten a bid for just this room and compared it to cleaning the 3 rooms and a surcharge for the room size being over 140 sf. But I was aware of this extra surcharge so no issue there. I don't know what you can do to improve. Having a carpet cleaned is a lot of work for the homeowner and something I dread more than visiting a doctor. Thanks.

I do have a room that smells the same if not worse than before it was cleaned. I was told that with in 30 days you could come back out....I guess we could try that. I was pleased overall.

I’ve been a customer for years. I like how clean everything gets without the sticky residue from other carpet cleaners. And because pricing is clear online, there are never any surprises.

Too expensive. $280 for one hour of work (I am a doctor your hourly rate is higher). I booked cleaning of 2 area rugs. The employee wanted to know if I wanted the whole rug cleaned (as opposed to just part of the rug???)
Employee arrived outside of the appointed time (in this case, too early - I was not home yet). I did not plan to be home one hour before the appointed time.
3 hour time windows for booking are too long - give me a time and come within 30 minutes of that time. We are not housewives. Sitting around all day waiting for a 3 hour time window is no longer acceptable to customers. Do not charge me $15 removal/dispensing fee when you are already charging $250 an hour.
Thumbs down. Cannot recommend.

The carpets didn't look much better at all then before they were cleaned. We had another company come in the next day and he was able to effectually clean the carpet and get rid of the dirt from the areas that were high traffic.
It was a good experience. The carpet was cleaned well and in a timely fashion. All my questions were answered. It's great to have a clean carpet.

My carpets stay cleaner longer. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Love how you don’t use chemicals and that it dries so fast!! Unfortunately our carpets are to far gone and need to be replaced. But we will be having our new ones cleaned more regularly!
