Primarily disappointed in how little moving of furniture they do and the fact that they didn't even bother to close or open doors to get behind them for cleaning. Very expensive for what appears to be minimal effort, at best. Would not recommend to anyone, or use the service again.

Steam cleaning and how knowledgeable your technicisns are about your products and services. Had my sofa cleaned for the first time, was nervous but it turned out beautiful!
Initially very accommodating of my time frame needs. Zach called ahead, arrived on time, discussed the price quote to be sure I understood, and was very informative of the progress throughout the process. Both tile and grout look beautiful. Very satisfied!
I love how clean my carpets feel! So soft!
Although the person cleaning my carpets was great the main reason I had them cleaned was due to dogs urinating on the carpet. After the cleaning there was a strong cleaning solution and urine smell that did not go away for a few days, and now there is a lingering smell of urine at all times. When examining the carpet up close in the target areas there is a strong smell of urine worse than before the carpets were "cleaned".
Zerorez is Perfect! Our new house carpets look amazing and are so Clean! Everything was Dry and Fresh really quickly!
We'll be using Zerorez again to clean our home carpets and then put the house up for sale!
