David came to clean some rooms in our house. He called just like they promised. He explained about some problem areas we had. Carpets look great! We waited to walk on them for about 5-6 hours to let them dry. I read most of the reviews and I read that people were pleased with how soft the carpet was left, however our carpet feels alittle crunchy. That's the only thing I don't like. Hopefully that will fade after being walked on over time.
When Zerorez leaves, after cleaning my carpets, my carpet is not sticky , or crunchy, feeling when you walk on it. It smells “ fresh “ clean not artificial “ perfume “ clean.

Our carpets felt soft and looked great after our cleaning. However, we had one spot where our dog had an accident that still smelled after the cleaning. I even used a neighbors carpet cleaning machine in the area and continued to pull up brown water in that spot.

We were rather disappointed in the way our carpet turned out. The spot by the door was removed, but the rest of the back doorway didn't look any cleaner. The walkway, which was the part we needed to have cleaned, didn't turn out very well. The rest of the carpet looked good, however.

Zerorez offers many services, but I love the clean carpet after they finish& my home smells wonderful.
The guy that came put on shoe covers, explained the other services. Also they don’t use chemicals & the carpet drys fast.

The tech was on-time, friendly but professional. Our family has been through a lot lately--the passing of 2 family members plus a diagnosis of a chronic disease in another. Carpet care has not been uppermost in my mind, so the carpet wasn't in the best of shape by the time I got my zerorez appointment scheduled. Very pleased with the results--my carpet came out looking so good! Our house isn't very big at all, so the tech did my small hall area without additional charges which was soooo very appreciated! Kinda made my day!! I will re-book when it's time to clean next year. Fab!
