I'm happy with the end results, I knew my carpets were dirty but after seeing how cleaned it looked I was amazed. Drying time was quick and glad it's pet safe.The technician John Zacharias was courteous, respectful, professional and he took pride in the good job he did cleaning my carpets. That young man deserves a big raise! For my next cleaning I will use Zerorez and I will request John to come and clean my carpets again. Good Job!

Matthew the technician did a good job and was very professional.
Before he had finished the work, he told me he was responsible for collecting the billing. I DO NOT pay anyone EVER before I see the results! When he was finished, there were still some spots that needed to be cleaned. He told be the owner required me to pay the invoice in full or there would be a $25 fee added to my bill! I sent the owner a text right away, and he has yet to ever respond to me. Instead of putting the technician in a bad spot, I reluctantly paid the bill.
Matthew agreed to come back out the next day to finish the work. He showed up on time and did a good job.
Overall the work was good. I am still dismayed that the owner of a service related business would not respond to a customer concern. This is pretty basic.
Before I referred someone to Zerorez, I would make them aware of what to expect.
Excellent knowledge and service. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that wants a 'green' way to clean.
I was happy with the fact the carpet was not wet. We did not have a strong smell from chemicals that we have had in the past with other carpet cleaning companies. The tech was pleasant and we felt comfortable with him in our home.

My company I work for always uses Stanley steamer. Yesterday they came in to the office and the smell was horrible all day after they left. So glad we did not see patients yesterday.

I don't like your strategy of upselling. Whether it's the Scotch guard product, stains or animal issues. Seems to me you come to clean the carpet your cleaning process should be capable of solving a normal stain issue too.
Only option is to return and I don’t have the confidence that it will be done right. I needed it to look perfect for pics for my realtor. The pics have already been taken, so the opportunity has been lost. No refund of partial payment was offered. Many clients have been lost!
Everything was great! My carpets look brand new if that is possible! Nick came in and came up with a plan and was a great communicator. We won't use anyone else from now on!

I like the environmentally friendly way that Zerorez cleans my carpets. I also had you do my upholstery last year and was very satisfied with the results. I like the fact that you are given a time frame that is a few hours, not a half day or more, and that you are on time. I like the technician calling when they are 20-30 minutes away. I like the technicians we have had; this year, Tripp was our technician, and asked about areas of concern, explained everything excellently, offered the additional fiber protector and explained the benefit of it, explained the environmental fee and the pricing, enthusiastically worked on lightening the darker areas in the carpet, and checked with me along the way to make sure I was satisfied with how the carpet looked. I appreciate the customer service part of the business as well as the results.

I have several dog spots in the hallway and
one in the bedroom. They were pointed out to your technician. Well, I still have the same spots. I waited until the carpet was good and dry, but alas...still have the spots. I condsider my approximately $200 to havebeen wasted.

Hello Carol, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. It can be difficult to remove some stains especially when they are pet stains or odors with the regular cleaning. This is why your technician did recommend our subfloor or topical treatments to help remove staining and odors caused by your pets. This option was waived. Jon Zacharias. provided excellent customer service and performed quality work ! I could tell he went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with the work. He took his time to explain things and didnt hurry thru the carpet cleaning like some cleaners do. I appreciated how he would wear booties over his shoes while in the house and then take em off each time he went outside. He respected my home and wanted to make sure he didnt track in dirt even thou he was cleaning the carpets anyway. Also, I was impressed that he called several times to let me know he was running late-- so he had excellent communication. Loved the performance of the machines- not like other carpet cleaning services. oh yes, the bumper guards! Very impressive Zero Rez. You care about peoples homes and their furniture, going to great lengths to protect the walls and furniture from being mared up from the vacuum hoses. I appreciate those finer details. My carpets weren't in too bad of shape-- just that my son spilled honey in a few spots but decided to have them all done because the carpets seemed dingy a few days after the previous carpet cleaner came. I was amazed at how much brighter they looked! Will def. refer to others and use you in the future.
