The carpets look and feel clean, and they didn't get too wet. Nice clean fragrance. John, who cleaned our carpet, made sure he did a good job. He didn't over spray on non-carpet areas or furniture. He cleaned up any water that dripped. He protected corners. He was pleasant and explained the process well to us.
