Very easy sign up website, Sean called to say he was running early and if it was ok to come early. He arrived at the new earlier time, on time. Sean was very friendly, performed the job to perfection, and asked before he left, if there was anything more he could do. Great company and great service! A+

We have an old man wiener dog who can’t always make it to the dog door in time. Despite another “professional” carpet cleaning company and our half a dozen attempts at removing the pet stains ourselves, our practically brand new carpet still STUNK. We were coming to the conclusion we would just have to replace it. We tried one more google reputable company, ZeroRez. Mathew came in and within a couple of hours, COMPLETELY REMOVED the urine smell! I have a hound dog nose and could not be more impressed! At a much cheaper price tag than I was anticipating too! I would absolutely recommend!

The carpet looks and feels great! I had a red acrylic paint stain on the carpet they were unable to get out. The original stain is light but now it has a pink halo around it. I did not see that when they showed me the result of their attempt to remove it. That was disappointing.

We were very impressed with our entire experience. Beginning with the online set up. The staff immediately made contact to go over details and questions. The staff was great and so easy to work with even when I needed to reschedule. I received a reminder call day before. And Nick called when he was 30 minutes out. Nick explained everything he was doing and was careful and thorough. Carpets look amazing! I really liked Nick. He went above and beyond, even assisting me with a shelf I couldn't get down.
