Wow! My first time using Zerorez and I am shocked by how well my 21 year old, neglected carpet turned out. The technician did a fantastic job informing me about my options and what results we might see. He and his partner worked quickly, efficiently, and did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable and there is no crusty residue or odor left behind. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others and be using your company again in the future.
The carpets took a long time to dry. They look a lot better. One bedroom (office) still had a strange odor after the cleaning. I has hoping that would have gone away. (had a dog spend the night once...did not pee on the carpet..but still smelled a little like dog.)

Not a problem with the service--but prep and rearrangement takes so long, I'm not sure it's worth the effort.
