Jamie did an excellent job of explaining to me what she was going to do and how to take care of the carpet after she was done to have the longest lasting, best results. I LOVE that my carpets not only look and smell clean, but they feel clean! I have already recommended Zerorez to some friends. I plan on making this a regular occurrence on the upkeep of my house.

The carpet looked like it was 10 years newer and did not have the sticky feeling like other carpets cleaners we have used. It feels good to walk barefoot on it again

Dave keep me inform why it was taking so long. Second, how come you don't tell your customers to vacuum clean the carpet before you come over? I thought you would do that to get the dirt off first before cleaning.

It provides the product as advertised!! I had a different carpet cleaning service prior to your
service and was told that the carpet could not be cleaned. Well, your company cleaned it to almost like new. I was really impressed! Yes, I would recommend ZeroRez to anyone that needs a carpet cleaned. The cleaning person (Kyle) was very professional and also did a great job.
