Most wonderful service and so happy to have Matt return to do the duct cleaning following the carpet cleaning for our house. All was so nice. Matt took time to explain the procedure to my husband and me, and he had a helper with him named Michael and both were very professional and went beyond caring.

Sebastian was very helpful, informative and professional. Cleaning was good...spots came up and carpets look brighter!
First off, the tech never called Tony, the owner, 30 minutes before he would be here. Apparently, he called the office number, which is transferred to my on call tow driver after hours and weekends. I'm not sure why he even had that number since it was not the one I gave the receptionist on the phone. My driver told him that he wasn't the one going to be at the shop. He had called him (3) different times. Granted, I changed the contact person, but he never called that number either. Finally, he called Tony and told him that he had been waiting for 45 minutes. Tony mentioned to him that he was supposed to call him 30 minutes a head of time. He said that he had called a different number that didn't work. Tony asked him if he was going to clean the stain that was on the floor and the tech asked what type of stain it was. Tony told him it was dirt. The tech said that you charge extra for stains. I had mentioned the large stain to the lady that took my reservation and she NEVER mentioned an extra cost to me. Also, there are some small spots that are still in the carpet which usually come up with just cleaning the carpet. Overall, the tech was rude and the job that was done was not acceptable. Which is unfortunate. I suggested Zerorez because you did such a great job on my moms carpet. Will not use you again. Sorry.

Didi a really good job on the carpet. There was one area that I tried to clean in the past, but it still looked bad. Zerore was able to make it look new again.

I have used Zeroez to maintain my white carpets for years. Even though they are now 15 years old, they are still bright, clean and look beautiful. This is amazing considering that my house was the hang out place for my son in high school!
