All natural, no crunchy carpets. I was disappointed that the technician was so late though. I had to check in twice because I was not given an update. I know that these are unusual times, but it’s always helpful to provide good communication. :)

I like the low pressure approach. We don’t feel forced in to breaking the bank. My carpets are cleaner and my bank isn’t empty!! For this reason zerorez will be my go to for carpet and wood floor cleaning.
