Great service. There was a technical issue with the equipment but you immediately got a supervisor out to help and the job was done in the scheduled period of time. We so appreciate you devotion to make sure our home was serviced!

Fast, AMAZING JOB.
The technician left a dirty/ greasy spot on the curtain in my daughter's room, right below the air vent and instead of telling us it happened he pushed the curtain to the side so it could not be seen. If the spot does not wash out I will have to purchase a new one, roughly $30.
Are carpet was extremely dirty and your technician I feel went the extra mile to get are carpet looking beautiful for the holidays. We were very happy with your product as well we Wil be useing zerorez again come spring. Thank you

I like that I was called about an hour before my technician showed up; she checked in with me and did a walk through and answered any questions I had. She made sure I was happy with everything before she left. She was very professional.
