they do a really great job at a very fair price .
David put pylons down to protect corners, which I appreciated. And he did a thorough cleaning of our upholstered items as well as the carpets. I do wish that Zerorez disposed of its wastewater in an environmentally sustainable way. But I appreciate that the receptionist asked the question of technicians and was honest in her response. Our old carpet cleaner flushed wastewater down our toilet to be treated. Unfortunately, he retired and we haven't found a cleaner who follows this practice.

The guys were great and friendly. I must have missed the part online where it says there is a minimum for a house call. The website probably shouldn’t let me book if it’s not accurate.
If it were just that, I’d probably give it an 8 or 9. However, my carpet smells worse now after the cleaning 😞 it’s only two years old.

The man who came out was amazing. However, I am disappointed with the result compared to what is advertised to be expected. The carpets are stiff and tacky feeling. The per urine smell did not come out at all and is even worse now.

I am very happy with my carpets! Best they have looked in years. The gentleman who came to my house was very nice, informed and explained it very well. Very professional. Great company and service.
It's an incredible service and so amazing to see how much they get out with just water!! Also, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be a Zerorez customer as long as they're around =)

The carpet looks horrible just a few days later. We pad the mos we have ever paid for this service. It didn't work. carpet s only 8 months old.

Great clean out come with no residue or chemicals
good cleaning. I liked the antibiologic treatment. Ezekiel did a great job. He was knowledgeable and very polite.
Our carpet is only about 3 years old and we have never had pets.
We had some minor stains/discoloration from coffee, etc being spilt and our carpet is a creamy white color.
While the carpet is a lot fluffier, none of these stains were removed. One of the coffee stains was spread around worse than it was prior to the cleaning.
The tech told me when he arrived that its more so about the carpet being cleaned than the stains being removed, which I kind of understand; we have a crawling baby and wanted the carpets cleaned more than anything, but based on your advertisements, it clearly shows very dirty carpet being cleaned very well. This is very misleading.
