They work as advertised. Cannot ask for better than that!
Paid over $200 to have one room cleaned and enzyme treatment applied. No furniture moving, no vacuuming, etc. My carpet doesn't smell any better than before the cleaning, in fact, I think it may actually smell worse now. Very disappointed in the outcome.

Hi...I'm finding Zerorez to be hit and miss. Two cleanings ago the one room whose carpet i had you clean was done poorly. The time before this last week's cleaning I called and said i was tempted to go elsewhere. You guys sent a tech that did a bang-up job. This last Tuesday's carpet cleaning was ok, but i had to re-do a couple spots by hand with industrial size wipes. I don't feel that should have been necessary. So, doubt i'll use you guys again.

This is the second time I have used ZEROREZ. I am much more satisfied this time. Nick was a great person to work with. He made sure I understood everything that he was going to do and went over the invoice with me in detail. He was patient with my questions and very careful to maintain a professional and personable attitude throughout the entire process. The result of the cleaning was very good, and the charges were as quoted to me, including the "special" rate for number of rooms/carpet being cleaned.
