Zerorez employee used a urinal he was told not to use and left it running and flooded the mens restroom and also put a couple of big gouges in our conference room wall.
Our service was beyond wonderful. Ken called 30 minutes out and was in the service window. He explained the Zerorez process, suggested specific additional services and told me my price prior to starting. During the cleaning process there were no chemical smells, like other companies use. After the carpet was cleaned he went over wait time and asked if I had any questions. I was amazed at how little water was left in the carpet and it was completely dry before the 8 hours.
I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez and they are without a doubt my new go to company for carpet cleaning.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning I’ve experienced. I appreciate the clean water method of carpet cleaning, leaving no soapy residue that attracts dirt as other methods do, and it is fast drying. Our carpets clean up so well, and stay looking great for a kind time.
