The guy that you sent out was very professional and really nice and did a very good job. I don't know what the end result was because I was moving and didn't see it the next day.
Zerorez was fast, efficient and professional. They called with an estimated arrival time. The technician was friendly and did a great job. The carpets were dry in about 6 hours. The price was reasonable. I will use this service again.

The courteous tech did a great job and was completed in less than 2 hours. The carpets were completely dry in 4 hours and the stone floor is looking good as well.

Unfortunately, the trip charge to Garden Valley is not a negotiable item- the drive is expensive for us to make; wear and tear on the vehicle, lost opportunity (we don't make money while driving, and while money isn't everything, it does make paying the bills possible) and fuel costs for driving. The insurance costs go up as well- the more time we spend driving the more likely it is we will have a breakdown or an accident. I appreciate the circumstance of being on Social Security and a fixed income. We offer the ability for you to find a neighbor in the immediate vicinity that you can share the trip fee cost. That is, unfortunately, the only way we can lower your trip fee for long distance hauls.

We had great technician this time. Wondering why the service isn’t consistent each time. Pet hair was removed and uv light check on stains prior to clean. This was not done on my previous clean.
