Very professional, very efficient!

Our technician, Jack, was running early and called ahead of time to see if we were available . We were, so he came about 30 minutes before the scheduled time. He was courteous by asking if we wanted him to wear a mask, and wore it without complaint even though it was extremely warm inside. He wore protective booties so as to not make any further mess of the carpet.

Along the way he told us everything he was doing, He even showed us what he vacuumed up. It was disgusting. I thought I have a pretty good vacuum, it is nothing compared to what he had. Jack took pictures as he was gong along and showed me, it was amazing. My carpets haven't been professionally cleaned in over 7 years so I knew they needed it. The transformation was above and beyond what I thought was possible.

The technician did a great job on our carpet. It feels and smells so clean. The technician listened to all my concerns and instructions and was very easy to work with.

wonderful service with reminder calls, courtesy when I had to reschedule, prompts to remind me of time of arrival, and very rapid work with stains removed that I had thought were impossible since it had been so long since cleaned, my old carpets look very new. Very reasonable prices too. Thank you!

I especially like that they don't use soaps and just the treated water. The carpet was cleaner than it has been in a long time.

The last time we had our carpets done by you we were super happy. The person who did them went over his work at the end and all the nap was going the same direction. This time it didn’t look as good when it was done. There were several bumps in the carpet. The bumps came
out when it dried but I was worried. My husband vacuumed it a few hours later and it looked much better.

Environmentally clean and quick drying!

Our carpet was soaking wet when the rep left. We just assumed it was wet because it was cleaned, however after reading more about zeroes we realize that shouldn't have been wet for 2 days using fans,& electric heaters. We also now have spots that weren't spots before and some spots that are "rough" patches like something sticky was spilt then dried.

They were very helpful in answering all of our questions prior to cleaning the carpets. Our carpets look AMAZING!! The tech was very polite and did a fabulous job.
