My carpet looks like I did it myself with a rug doctor, I have used you guys before and the first technician was amazing. I believe there is a difference between dirty from high traffic and stained. Last year the tech was able to make the whole carpet look fresh, this year it is hardly noticeable. The border where the carpet meets the kitchen floor and entry way, that area is still "dirty" looking, almost like the heat or machinery didnt pull the dirty out of my carpet and the tech before was able to clean that. I feel like my money was wasted. Also some spots feel dirty when i walk barefoot.

The Zerorez technician, Sebastian, arrived on time, explained what and how he would clean our carpets, what it would cost, and then proceeded to thoroughly and quickly accomplish same. Carpets look (and feel) wonderful. Recommend Zerorez to anyone who would like to have their carpets clean again.
