First time using Zerorez and I don't know why I waited so long! It might not be a cheap as other services but you will get what you pay for! Amazing job and the tech Justin was very friendly and detailed. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend everyone to them!

My room still smells like cat urine after having prewashed with another shampooer and let dry and vacuumed with a Kirby. The spots I asked them to focus on don’t seem to have improved at all. The agent was wonderful I just think I have to replace my carpet

This was the first time we'd ever had our carpets professionally cleaned and didn't know what to expect for the process, time commitment, or expected results. Fortunately, we were sent one of ZeroRez best technicians who was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Blue was excellent, and completed three rooms in just over an hour and a half. We couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did. He also shared information about a whole a range of services also offered by ZeroRez. We hope to have Blue back in approximately 30 days to clean the tile floors in our kitchen and bath. Cheers.
