It was done quick, professional & made my carpet look & smell better.
Zerorez is great! They showed up on time, very professional, offered additional services and then did not try to up-sell me any further when I let my service professional know I was not interested. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you for an excellent cleaning job!

The carpets are left clean and soft. I like that you use fans to partially dry the rooms before you leave.

Blue did a great job cleaning the carpets! He even got some slime out of our carpet in the family room. He was very respectful, explained the process well and was so happy to help give me quotes for the future. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

The technician did a great job and we are happy with the results. It was just very expensive and it seemed like the technician was always trying to upsell us. There were also some surprises on the invoice ie celling vents were $25 when I was told 'vents' were $18. It did seem like the vents really needed to be cleaned and the carpets look almost new-Hope it was worth it:)
Nick was amazing! He was super professional and worked quickly to assess our needs and to get a huge job done! We have a brand new white carpet that needed some special care and I was worried about it, but the zerorez magic worked! Nick knew which equipment NOT to use on specific fiber needs and left everything better than I had hoped possible! 10/10!
The process was thorough, and the technician was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
some stains still on carpet in living room and bedroom. I had the pet treatment put down in the living room and it took two full days to dry. My feet were sticky after walking on carpet 24 hours later. I didn't know this would happen. All the other carpet is good.

No chemicals, no strong odor.
Service was quick so I hope technician did a good job cleaning carpets. Need more fan time on carpets since they got left soaked. Other than that good price on service(special running)
