My carpets looked great and Wes did a fantastic job cleaning our steps. They never looked so clean and new.

The guy that did it was very chatty, but too much, He was nice but he did ask to use the bathroom and did #2. I know we all do it, but I have never had anyone ask to use bathroom before. He did a good job, but I think he needs to be educated on what is appropriate.

Victor explained "Power Water", I like the notion of no detergent. I really like the onsite protocol - reviewing the job scope/cost before starting, specific options discussed after seeing some special needs, touch-less electronic payment/receipt upon completion, overall Covid protocol throughout. I felt totally involved and informed in the specific service delivered, and the carpet looks beautiful.
