I think your service agent was polite and professional. The area we had treated specifically for a pet accident looks like the discoloration just spread about 3x larger and is now discolored in a larger area.
When you have up charges or additional charges you should review those before performing them as well in my opinion.

Wonderful service. Quick and easy.
Very good job of cleaning our carpets. Feels soft, no residue or smell, just clean. The guys were pleasant, prompt, and professional. They finished our home in just an hour and a half, leaving plenty of time for things to dry by the end of the day. We are really pleased with the results; even our dirtiest areas look amazing.
Always on time and the service rep is very knowledgeable and courteous. We get our carpets cleaned every 6 months with Zerorez.

More clear on pricing. When we submitted our request for a bid we selected the highest cost for pet odors. There wasn't any detail as to what that amount covered. When the tech arrived he wavered between $100 - $150 extra to clean the area effectively. He finished the job and asked is $150 was ok. Well yes, but knowing clearly what the pricing is for what would make me feel better about the extra charge. It felt like upcharging.
The tech also mentioned a plan B. I'm not certain what that meant but I don't think the smell is totally out of the carpet. If it is no cost for someone to come back to address the area then we would like to do that.

Good cleaning
Friendly service and quality cleaning that is safe for our dogs.
You have the best cleaning system around. You get everything out of the carpet and you use just water without any nasty gummy sticky soap. All of your technicians and all of the people who answer the phone then over backward to help whoever is calling and in need of a carpet or anything else cleaned. You are the best company in the country and I will always use you to clean anything and everything that I need cleaned.

The first tech that came out did a horrible job or didn't do the job at all. The second one arrived and pronounced the job 'disgusting'. I was told he would be the same one to return. He was not. Instead, I had to re-explain everything for the 3rd time. As of right now, I am not a fan. I realize there were challenges in the one room, but the other 3 were textbook. I was very frustrated it took 3 visits and me explaining over and over. I am not the expert here.
