I liked how the process was explained and how much things cost upfront versus when it was time to pay. It was nice not to have a harsh chemical smell after the carpets were cleaned. The carpets look wonderful!

We have used Zerorez since 2013 at least every two years, but lately once a year. Our carpets are always restored to "like new" and never "crunchy". Will only use them for our carpet cleaning needs because we have been so satisfied. There was one time when we had a particularly bad pet stain that they treated which ended up just getting "diluted" and spread further. I reported this within 48 hours and true to their guarantee they came back and made it right, free of charge.
