Excellent source of information. I was presented with very good options to choose from when I was gathering estimates for a new furnace, and I felt informed enough to choose intelligently. The installation went fine, and I was impressed that they had a single "point-person" at my house from start to finish, while the plumbers or electrical or gas workers came and went. When I expressed a complaint after the furnace installation, it was taken seriously and addressed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. I am of course very happy that this was the year I also chose to get an air conditioner! I have already recommended Standard to a friend and would certainly do so again.
Service was prompt & curteous. Heater is a little loud, but otherwise happy with it.

Both the customer service staff and the technicians are both knowledgeable and personable. I have experienced this consistently for both a business account and a personal one. I trust Standard Heating & Air Conditioning to repair, maintain and recommend only products that are needed; on a few occasions the technician has given me honest input about value and cost of recommended products.

Products are top-notch! More importantly is customer service and overall service of products. Sales and service staff all so helpful and wonderful. Had my air go out in the middle of a hot, humid week. They were able to fix it for the short-term until I could get it replaced (26 years old). Love Standard Heating and Air COnditioning. They have replaced both my furnace and air conditioner
The service I received was timely, informative, respectful and professional in every way. I didn't have to wait on the phone to talk w/ someone, the tech folks came when they said they would, and Greg in particular went the extra mile to fix my AC, no small thing given the excessive heat and humidity. You folks are a very classy bunch.
I am a little hesitant re: showing my name until I know more about what that would entail.
The furnace and air conditioner that we purchased a year ago are working great. The service professional that stopped by yesterday to examine our water heater was very thorough and helpful.

Guild Incorporated has had a relationship with Standard for many years and they have installed and maintained a number of heating and air conditioning systems for us. Their staff are professional and dependable and their systems have performed very well. It is very easy for me, and I am very comfortable, giving Standard a strong recommendation.

We got our furnace and AC system from Standard in '09 and have been very pleased with it. The installation crew (or crews I should say) were very coordinated in each phase of the installation process and left our place clean as could be upon completion. They were all very friendly and tolerated this old do-it-yourselfer's questions with clear explanations. We recommended Standard to some friends of ours, and they are very happy with their service from Standard as well.
