Since Standard Heating was first recommended to me many years ago by my son, I purchased a furnace and soon after air conditioner. Very reputable company, dependable, courteous, knowledgable, friendly, reliable, conscientious service men. Respectable of home.I have recommended you to my friends who are in need of your products or services and will continue to do business with you.
Very friendly and explained all that was done
I like that the company is flexible. For example, the time frame was going to be 2-7 and I couldn't be home until 3:00 so the time frame was changed. Nathan is ALWAYS friendly and professional and the work is completed in a timely manner.
Paul was out to my place in Burnsville on 2 occasions due to a furnace that wasn't igniting consistently. Both times Paul was there the furnace worked fine. Despite the frustration at not being able to witness any problems with the furnace, Paul was patient, professional, courteous, and continued to offer tips on how to best keep the furnace in runing in good condition. Positive experience overall and furnace, for now, continues to run alright. Thanks!

I had cancelled my appointment prior to leaving on a trip to Hawaii and told the office staff that I would reschedule at another time. Thissinformation got to the gentleman doing a quote on some work but did not get to the service person that was going to do a furnace tune up. I did not have a problem but felt bad for the service person.
The staff that removed and installed our furnace and A/C 3 years ago were just great people and really good workers. Very professional and excellent workmanship. Now we have our furnace and A/C serviced every year by Standard Heating and A/C and we see the same great people. I would not hesitate to recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.
