Better prices. I was able to get another furnace and a/c quote for $1000 less with comparable equipment (Carrier).
Very prompt, when people were scheduled to be here they were.
Service is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and they don't try to make me fix things that don't need fixed, or sell me on anything that isn't unnecessary. They take good care of me!

It was, however, distressing to have to pay $89 (a discounted rate) to have someone tell me that the thermostat needed a new battery!

I think you set my appt. for a quote so far out, thinking that I would
have all my other quotes in and then we could make a deal at time of your
quote. I never had the opportunity to get your quote, I had all ready
got another quote and liked the deal. I had the furnace in before your quote date arrived.
If it had been a busy time of year I may have understood.
The sales man was friendly, honest and easy to work with. The service men were courteous and conscious of my home.

Long after the sale the service person IS the company. Seth has done a wonderful job for us over the past 10(maybe more)years. You claim to have "on-line scheduling". When I sign up on your website to get a phone message, that I then have to return to schedule an appointment, that is NOT "on-line scheduling".

Everything! Your staff, from receptionists to technicians, is always friendly, courteous, and professional. The technicians never seem to be bothered by all the questions I ask when they are at my home, and politely answer them. They are also very good at explaining what they are doing and why.
