The schedulers are friendly and accommodating. The people who have come to do work at my house, especially our regular inspection guy, have always been more than respectful, neat never leaving a trace of anything, efficient and super friendly. I love this company and would recommend anyone buy all cooling and heating equipment from them and have it serviced by them too. Standard is good business.

My serviceman, Joe, was friendly and professional. He took time explaining my furnace, filters, and alarms. As a new widow, now responsible for my home appliances, I appreciated his assistance.
I thought the Technician was very helpful and answered all my questions. I thought the quote of $96 was a little high to cut a pvc pipe, rinse out the condensing trap and add a fitting back on the pipe. I thought this was high since I already paid for the service call diagnostic visit and then the $96 on top for a total time the tech was there of an hour.

Standard replaced a pressure switch, charged me 223 for the part I found the part online for 74$ I know you have to make money but that is just ridiculous ,considering we bought the furnace from you.
