Clean efficent work
Unlike other companies in the Twin Cities, I feel like Standard Heating takes care to offer a fair price for the work performed and doesn't recommend unnecessary services.
Your employees always provide excellent customer service, explain things clearly, and are respectful of my property (e.g., put on disposable booties over their shoes so they don't track dirt into my house).

The reliability of the service provided.
I was very happy with your office and scheduling an appointment for an estimate. Robin came and was excellent in my house and was well informed. My biggest disappointment is that I have yet to receive the formal estimate and it is nearly three weeks later. This survey came before the estimate. My wife and I probably would have scheduled the work by now if we had solid numbers to work with.

On time and thorough
Prompt service, rate was reasonable for amount of time spent on a Saturday, and it appears that the technician knew his craft and worked hard to solve the problem and explain what was being done.
Kelly was very informative. Felt comfortable that Standard would stand behind their product and installation. Installer was professional and left the area looking good.

The technician who came out to explain exactly what kind of furnace I needed and how much it was going to cost did a great job of taking his time and explaining everything to me. He did not try to sell me more furnace than I needed! The two installers also did a great job - they worked hard, did not take any breaks that I noticed, were quiet, efficient, and cleaned up everything after they were done. They also took the time to explain to me how the new furnace worked. I have already recommended your company to my friends. Everyone at your company did an excellent job!

Came early in the morning and elimintated waiting to begin the days projects. Went about the work quietly and efficient. Answered questions and pleased that my furnance should not present any problems for the season.
disappointed out furnace is only 3 years old, the pump went out and it was not under warranty
Lower prices. Have technician explain more any problems or suggested maintenance.
We have not received the estimate yet to replace our furnace and ductwork from the rep that was out to the house at hte beginning of hte month.
