When servicing my furnace your technicians are always courteous, dressed professionally and put coverings over their shoes to prevent bringing dirt into my home which I appreciate. They are prompt for the appointment and in addition are competent and careful when attending to my furnace and leave my home having provided good service.

The technician was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He was willing to call in and have the parts department find out the parts that I would need to fix the furnace on my own; and then call me back with that info.

We had a tune-up scheduled for our furnace (one that Standard had installed new in 2008) because it was making strange sounds. The appointment was to take place on a Monday, but the furnace stopped working on Saturday afternoon, 12/01. Standard sent their on-call technician. Seth arrived on time and he was EXCELLENT. He had to make a special trip for a part that was not on his service truck. Soon afterward, WE HAD HEAT!
We did keep the regular appointment for the Monday tune-up, and it went smoothy.
By calling me in April /May 2013 to have your great, knowledge Tech{Tom Erickson} return to do an AC inspection and tune up. Also Send me the 50% off coupon.
You installed these items in 2004, without any problems, I want to keep that up.
The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and prepared. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace, had the replacement parts in his truck and made the repair. 100% satisfied!
I was in need of a very quick appointment and quote for a home we are buying; the the furnaces had been stripped out, and winter is on it's way! Standard Heating & Air Conditioning has been absolutely wonderful in accommodating short time lines and needs...from the person that answered the phone, to the salesman, Benjamin, they all have gone the extra mile to help us out.
And, Benjamin is very knowledgeable regarding HVAC; he has been extremely helpful in explaining the differences in equipment, efficiency, and answering all of our questions. And the best part is that he did not try to talk us into things we did not need. Oh, and because they have a warehouse full of equipment, they can get it installed very quickly, which is important since there is no heat in the home!

Very pleasant and helpful woman who scheduled the appt. Kyle, the man who came to the house was also pleasant. He came when scheduled. I chose SHAC because that is where we were appointed to vote, they are close, and they agreed to clean something on the furnace that was advised by the person who did an energy audit for us and noted that this specific cleaning was very important.

Everyone I have spoken to at Standard are friendly and answer all my questions patiently. I like the way the staff worked with me to get a furnace and air conditioner quickly since my husband had a health problem. I was also quite pleased when I had a problem with the furnace a maintenance person was out within 2 hours and corrected it.
Paul does an excellent job at servicing our heating and A/C systems. He is professional, extremely capable, very responsive with questions, and very personable. We are very satisfied with his service; as a company you should be proud to have an employee as dedicated as Paul.
The technichican was available very quickly to fix our problem. He fifured the probelm out right away and had it fixed.
The service is prompt and the service people know what they are doing. I never doubt the quality of their work.
