Seth is always on time, courteous and very helpful. I always request Seth so can't speak about others but ASSUME you employ all trained and courteous people.
You arrived when promised and fixed the problem promptly. Unfortunately, it took 8 hours from phone call to appointment while the house was cooling off relatively quickly. This created some problems for the two young children in the house. Quicker availability would have been an improvement.
The work gets done when needed. Good at explaining the options. Courteous.

Our furnace was checked & cleaned in a very timely manner. Joe checked & replaced the filter in our Aprilaire humidifier, also. Very satisfied with the service.

Very fast, friendly and efficient service! I called Standard Heating at 8:30 am with an inoperable thermostat and a very cold house. I had a tech at my home by 10:30 am that same day and had heat by 11:00. Awesome customer service!

I am an 8 year customer of Standard Heating. In this case, my furnace fan suddenly failed. I reported the problem and the staff quickly took care of my problem. A same-day appointment was made, and that was accelerated to the morning of the same day when another appointment cancelled. My furnace was fixed in 3 hours, far beyond my expectations. The cost was well below my expectation for an emergency repair. The employees at Standard Heating are fantastic and they care, seems like a great place to work.

We were going up north the day before Thanksgiving leaving a noon. so I set up a 9 am meeting, he called an asked if he could be 1 hr late and that was fine, at 10 am he called and said he was still in mpls. and would not be there for 1 hour or so.I canceled.
