Prompt, good customer service, onsite tech was good. I would like someone to call me and explain the charges. Seem like they charged me twice for the part that was installed. Would not be happy with that if it is the case. First name removed Phone number removed

The installer did not install the humidifier correctly. The service guy that came out was great, but why didn't the installer know what he was doing?

The service was great, and very prompt. It seemed rather expensive, though, for a 20 minute fix.
Nathan found that our furnace had been hooked up incorrectly when SH installed it in '95. There was an improperly installed jumper wire that prevented it from running on low speed. He said that we could expect a one year free maintenance plan and someone would be contacting me regarding that. I haven't heard from anyone yet.

I wanted to call. I think that the Aprilaire system may not be operating. The indicator light is not lit up.
You need to be more customer driven than profit driven. My home has two furnaces. In 2010 Std htg. replaced an existing furnace with a york furnace and air conditioning system, sold as a top of the line system on sale. In 2012 we replaced the second furnace and AC system with a york system, The bryant system was being promoted, I chose the york for continuity. Consumer reports rates york low for repairs and reliability. I was disappointed. The other day I purchased furnace filters from your office. I bought 4 and was give a 10% discount if I purchased three. I was not given the discount on the 4th filter. Irritating.
The technician did a great job looking over the furnace. He explained concerns and future issues. I would have liked a better explanation of the work down, but at the same time I could have asked.
Make the appointment windows narrower.

Service is perfect, however they did not show us how to change the filter plus they did explaine to us how the humdifier works if it needs water or not we are not sure how it works, other wise we are very satsfied

I dislike that we got 9 free filters but can only get one filter at a time - it is hard to get from Maple Grove to your business and I have to pay individual shipping each time we want one. Then, when I call I play phone tag. This time I called 3 times and finally said "Can I leave a message and credit card infor." Lisa in parts is great and returned my calls but we kept playing phone tag. The gentleman that took my last call was very nice and helpful, but - why do you make your customers go through this? Why not just give them the 9 filters to put on their shelves? I predict I will be frustrated every time I need a filter. Is that the way you want your customers to remember you?
Professional consultation in advance of agreeing to any work, provided follow up emails to see if there was anything else they could do for us as we made our decision. They were also on time for furnace/ac installation. I was working at home that day and couldn't even tell they were here. Complete clean up at the end. Great expereince overall!

The technician Luke who came to my house was very professional and very nice. He patiently answered all of my questions, even the ones I should already have known the answer to.
