When I made the appointment I knew that my flame sensor needed replacing or cleaning as I had had it replaced once before ... by you and I was having the same issues.
Because last time I was charged around $100 I decided to call you the professional instead of doing it on my own.When I made the appointment I told you that my sensor needed replacing. I was told it would have to be looked at.
The tech came and looked and yes it was the sensor.
THis time however, I was charged $300 for the same 15 minute sensor replacement. THat is highway robbery in my opinion. I trusted you because you had installed and also repaired for me in the past.
I would like you to give me a refund of the extra $200 you charged my son. ( I was at work)
Reps are always very courteous. They always put on shoe covers and do an excellent job.
I have been a SH&AC customer for many years. My wife and I recommend your team as often as the subject comes up. Your staff really knows their business and we have enjoyed working with you over the years.
Quick and courteous response to our call for assistance. They gave responsive advice in regard even tho they have not the complete system(A/C but not the heating system. I have rather poor memory and would appreciate reinforcement of the things the service man advised in regard to the manual zone control. I also appreciate his statement that he could replace the automatic zone control at a reasonable cost and still gave some good advice about what I could do with the present manual control system. Really great service and the person who comes to the house is very friendly and thorough.
The service man, Dave, was on time. His demeanor was professional. He cleaned up the multiple areas he worked in. He wore shoe covers when walking in and out of the house which was a nice consideration since it had recently snowed. I would want him to work on any air conditioning or furnace or zone control issue we might have.

From start to finish, this has been a positive experience. Scheduling was easy and my technician arrived early in the "time window". He did a very thorough inspection and was helpful in answering all of my questions! I would highly recommend this company!
Pleasant, competent, helpful staff members
The prompt and professional response to our call! We discovered our Lennox furnace was not working at 1pm today. By 3:45pm, Dave was at our home, and had the furnace running within minutes.
You come when you say you're coming. You do a full inspection as stated when we started. And you offer a monthly payment plan.

we would have gotten a big rebate on our furnace if we would have waited just one month to buy it and we could have waited- we bought it in nov. 2008- Obama had just been elected- we should have known he would be progressive re) rebates for high efficiency furnaces. it wasn't "red tagged". Other than that- always have had very positive experiences with Standard.
Friendly and informative. The technician was very late due to circumstances beyond his control but he kept me informed of his progress so I knew what was going on.
