Standard Heating and Air Conditioning installed my furnace 10 years ago. I have been very pleased with the heating unit they recommended and with their installation of the furnace. The technicians that have serviced my furnace and air-conditioner as part of an on-going, regular maintenance program have been professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to have in my home. I also appreciate the professional, friendly response of office staff when I call to schedule an appointment for maintenance check-ups.

Te service tech that came out was very informative.
First, the install, a few years ago, was the best. Since then, the same technician returns to tune up the heating unit, and the same tech returns to tune up the A/C. These guys are really nice people in addition to being capable technicians.
Prepaid plan and fairly easy to get an appointment.
Everyone has been very friendly and curtious taht we've worked with. We can honestly say that the experience we've had with SHAC has always been very good. We would highly recommend them.
The service was provided in a timely matter, the person doing the repair took a part not meant for my furnace and made it work, and also explained why the part failed and how to prevent this problem in the future. The repair was expensive, but better than having to purchase a whole new furnace.
I really like that he called ahead of arrival.
