Everything was just as promised.
After having to replace the circuit board, igniter and pressure switch on my furnace I have spoken with some knowledgeable people that I know from work and they all have said there is no way that all three parts that I had replaced can go out at the same time. Having said that, I do appreciate Standard Heating coming out on the coldest day of the year and servicing my furnace.

Solid products, knowledgeable staff, good customer service
I've used Standard Heating for over 6 yrs and have been very happy with their service. Their technicians are knowlegeable and friendly and have been very patience in answering all of my questions.
I had to call a couple of times to schedule an initial and follow up appointment. One of the scheduling personell left me with the impression that they were doing me a favor by mearly answering the phone and gracing me with the sound of their voice, the other lady I spoke with was very friendly and seemed motivated to help find a time that would work for both standard heating and my schedule.
The tech who came to my house was very effecient, knowledgable and took the time to help me to understand the technical details of what was wrong with my equipment rather than just dismissing my gender as unable to understand. (he was great)
The young man who visited our home was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He answered all of our questions ith respect and pleasantness. We appreciate that our heating / cooling plant is now ready for the remainder of the winter and upcoming warmer months.
I'm not sure there is much you can do. Narrowing the time within which technician will arrive would be about it.
