I am so grateful for the knowledge, expertise and courtesy, as well as quick response, I have received from the folks at Sandard Heating. My furnace went out on Sunday, but someone was at my home that afternoon providing me with heat. The technician who came on Monday to replace the defective part definitely rates a "10" in my book. Thank you so much!
On time, professional, got the job done sooner than expected and cleaned everything up very nicely.
Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Through each step of the process everything was explained well so I understood what was happening and left me with no questions at all and no surprises. I am very pleased with the process AND the results.

Nathan cleaned my furnace in Dec 2012. From the gentleman on the phone who arranged the appointment through Nathan's detailed and thorough analysis if my issue, and his solving the issue, things were handled promptly and completely. Nathan explained what he was doing, why (he's a good teacher), and all in a positive and pragmatic fashion.

You're all very friendly, and competent, but I had a new boiler installed in October and it does not work properly, yet. I'm sure it will, eventually.
You just had a guy out on Wednesday who looked it over and raised the water temp from 170 to 180. But this morning again, the temperature only comes up about 1 degree per hour, and often gets colder before it gets warmer. We have our nighttime temp set at 62. By the time we leave in the morning the temperature has dropped to 60 and made it back up to 62 or 63. It does appear to do better in the evening and manages to keep the house at about 66 or 67. This morning I went down and found the system circulating 100 degree water and the boiler was not heating the water even though all three zones were demanding heat. It had an error code of 63. The other day it had error codes of 64, and 4 at various times.
Techs seem to be honest and give what seems to be good advice.
I have been very impressed with the professionalism of your team and their customer service focused attention. They continually do what is best for the client!
