We have used Standard Heating & Air for nearly 15 years since we moved into our first home. Your service has always been very prompt. Your technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable. When our furnace broke down the night before we left on vacation, the technician went the extra mile to make sure that everything went smoothly so that we could leave as planned. Keep up the good work!
11 years ago I had my octapus replaced and central air put in, by Standard (this also included new duct work). I have had 5 or 6 check done in the past 11 years, for peace of mind. From the sales rep to installation to the furnace checks. I have been very pleased with the work that has been done. The staff I give them A+.

People are friendly that answer the phones to the service people that arrive at my door. Service people call to let me know they are on their way. The servie people wear booties over their shoes and leave the furance area neat. My questions are answered

I believe you are honest. I had a part installed by CenterPoint Energy and Standard found that the part was defective. CenterPoint came back and put in a new part. Next time I will call Standard!
The Technicians are always very polite and curtious, and I don't feel like they are trying to gouge me every time they are out to perform maintenence on my furnace.
The company was very responsive and easily rescheduled - upped - our appointment time when the furnace motor started having more issues. The technician was on time and figured out, and fixed, the problem quickly.
